Retail Fest 2025
The Challenge, with a tighter budget and growing competition, eBay needed to make a bold impact at Retail Fest 2025. The goal, remind existing sellers why they trust the platform, and inspire new sellers to join, all while celebrating eBay’s 25th birthday.
The Opportunity, eBay holds decades of seller data, product stats, and marketplace evolution, but most sellers don’t see the full picture. Our opportunity? Turn cold, hard stats into warm, human stories visualised through interactive design, birthday-themed branding, and conversation-sparking experiences. A campaign that informs, engages, and celebrates.
The Concept: “25 Years and Counting”
Insight: Sellers don’t always see their growth potential until it’s laid out in front of them.
We used eBay’s 25th birthday as a storytelling device, visualising seller success through data, design, and moments of delight.
